FHS art students are hosting Tye-Dye Day on Monday, May 7th after school! Anyone is welcome to bring their white-ish fabric and $5 to have it dunked in dye with all his favorite art admirals!

The event is hosted by Wendy Love’s painting class, who have been studying unique and unusual tye-dye techniques for the past week. They’ll be more than happy to teach anyone and everyone how to get some amazing results on their fabric.

Bring in shirts, pants, sheets, tapestries, and anything else you may have lying around the house for tye-dye day! Just make sure you give it a quick, 20 minute bath in soda ash so the dyes will stick to your fabric and won’t turn your other clothes rainbow!
